"I wish I had a secret; it's plain and simple... Consistency, dedication, hard work, and how you react to failure. Believe me, I can't count how many times I have failed, skipped a workout, ate a whole pizza in one sitting, not enough rest to let my body recover. The best advice I can give, challenge your body and see what it's capable of, what healthy foods your body likes, and what workouts and times work best for YOU.
Everybody is different; I can't say that enough. Don't strive to look a certain way or look like somebody else. Strive to love yourself for the body and health God gave you.
