Fitness and health have always played a role in my life. I have been on a roller coaster of experiences on becoming the best version of myself through physical and mental experiences. Growing up as a college athlete, I was always told what workouts to do and get away with eating whatever I wanted. Athletes surrounded me since I was five years old. 

After putting on 50 pounds after college, I realized I knew very little about what exercises did what for my muscles and what food was actually healthy for my body type.  I decided to find out why and in the process lost 45 pounds.

I was given the opportunity to become a fitness expert and I have developed a passion for helping others learn how to have an overall healthy lifestyle. Balance is key; finding a way to enjoy your workouts that will give you energy throughout the day. You also begin to eat food you enjoy that is also good for you.
